Here is the video with nominations for International Hit Of The Year at Eska Music Awards 2009!
“Synchronize Lips” just got nominated for the International Hit Of The Year at Eska Music Awards 2009 in Poland!!!
Eska Music Awards 2009 is one of the biggest music awards in Poland. This year it’s going to be arranged in the city of Lodz, about 2,5 hours of driving from Warszaw. Last year stars like Manic Street Preachers, September and Craig David guested the awards. This year’s line up is not official yet but you can be sure that NEXX will be there!
Other artists nominated in the same cathegory are; Danny with “Tokyo”, Guru Josh Project with “Infinity 2008″ and Inna with “Hot”.

Here’s a clip from a recording studio in Stockholm while we were working on track #09 “Universal Gravity” on our album. Jo is recording her lyrics (fantastic as usual!) while Rob and Seb are very excited! 
Haha….!! We just found one of the first pictures of the group. This one was taken after our first performance together in 2005 in Stockholm…. it was a looooooong time ago!

All three of us in NEXX are very big fans of Michael Jackson. He has inspired us and millions of other people with his music and when it comes to me he had lots of influence on my stage apperance. When I was a kid I studied his moves for hours. I could sit in front of the video recorder for hours and hours and copy his fantastic moves!
That’s why I’m so excited that I managed to get tickets for his show “This Is It” 24th of August at o2 in London! I’m so looking forward to it!! He IS and will ALWAYS be The King of Pop!

Last week we went up to #3 on the Romanian Nielsen Music Control chart with “Synchronize Lips”! This means we were the third most played song in all media in whole Romania. A few weeks ago the same song reached up to #2 and now it’s back in the top 3! This is of course wonderful and it means that we have lots of fans in Romania! So now we’re looking forward to come over and do some gigs!

Today is a big day! Finally after almost 5 years we’re releasing our debut album! First country for the release i sPoland where we had huge success with our first two singles “Synchronize Lips” and “Paralyzed“. Those 2 hits are of course on the album which also includes the brand new single “Bitch Switch“.
The album is produced by Jonas von der Burg who is the man behind hits with September, Danny, Alcazar, Lycky Twice and more, and by Niclas Kings who produced the smash hit “Ella Ella” with Kate Ryan and also has got tons of other hits. Some of the tracks are also partly produced by Ivar Lisinki (who also is our main co-writer!). So basically, we give you 11 smashing tracks!
“Synchronize Lips” is now available in all record stores in Poland and if you live abroad and would like to purchase a copy you can order it from one of the biggest record chains in Poland.
